Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation message by email. This can take up to 1 hour to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once Tilly saw your order, she will start to pack it right away, with her paws, and process your order.
You will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you, with the tracking number.

We do everything from our what we can to not let this happen.
However, we are humans (and dogs), so even with the most attention these things, happen, and we are deeply sorry for it.
We can get this sorted for you, please drop us a message with the following info:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Product name & code (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
- Picture of the fault / incorrect item

Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement.

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer free returns for 14 days on all eligible items. Items must be unopened with all tags attached.

Please navigate to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code. Follow the instructions on the screen to request a prepaid return label.

Usually it takes 5-6 working days, if you haven't received your amount back in 15 days, please reach out to us, so we can look in to the matter.

Oh no! This is probably because our advertised products is sold out.
So it may be that they are no longer in stock! But please keep an eye on our website as we are constantly updating it!
